Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic: 7–10 business days

  • International Orders: 11–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

PokeOnTop is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the package and the product.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
